I think I've finally realised why I actually enjoy the swimming and cycling bit of triathlon, but hate the run bit at the end. Swimming is lying down whilst moving your arms. Cycling is sitting down whilst moving your legs. Running, however, means having to get up.
Yes, I am a lazy triathlete.

I'm dreaming of a White Christmas

Two White Christmases (CS, and the White House), parkrun Ecos centre.
January target
Not only did I have one White Christmas, I actually had TWO! AND a parkrun where I managed to get 83 points!
I didn't dream enough!
